The group includes people with chronic respiratory , heart or renal disease, chronic liver disease, diabetes or who are immuno-comprimised. .
Healthcare workers were also encouraged to get vaccinated against the flu although a specific target for
uptake was not set for this group.

to gain experience and learn the skills of being a General Practitioner.This is seen by many hospital doctors as an interesting career
path rather than training as a consultant in a particular specialist area of medicine.
Patient Participation Group... (formerly known as
the Patient Forum)
We are currently involved in talking directly to our patients offering them
to join our Patient Participation Group, meetings of which will be held quarterly. There is no obligation to join but the
more variety of people from different age groups, cultures and backgrounds will help us to improve our services for all concerned.
